【摘要】:ThispartofIEC60300providesguidelinesfortheplanningandperformingofreliabilitytestsandtheuseofstatisticalmethodstoanalysetestdata.Itdescribesthetestsrelatedtorepairedandnon-repaireditemstogetherwithtestsforconstantandnon-constantfailureintensityandconstantandnon-constantfailurerate.Itisapplicable:-whenreliabilitytestingiscalledforinacontract,eitherspecificallyorbyinference;-whenplanningareliabilitytest;-duringareliabilitytest;-whenanalysingdatafromandreportingontheoutcomeofareliabilitytest.ThisstandardalsoapplieswhenacontractortestplanspecifiestheuseofIECstatisticalstandards,withoutspecificreferencetoaparticularstandard.Manydifferenttestsareperformedduringthedevelopment,designverificationanddesignvalidationofanewproduct.Thepurposeofthesetestsistodiscoverweaknessesinthedesignandtoundertakeactionstoeliminatetheseweaknessesandtherebyimproveperformance,quality,safety,robustness,reliabilityandavailabilityandreducecosts.Thisstandardcoversonlythecaseswherestatisticalmethodsareusedtoanalysetestdataalthoughtheguidelinesontestconditions,testplanningandtestdocumentationwillbeapplicabletomosttests.Thefollowingtopicsareimportantandalthoughdiscussedinthisstandardaremorefullydealtwithintheirrespectivestandards:availabilitytesting(seeIEC61070);testingofmaintainabilitymeasures(seeIEC60706)andmeasuresofreliabilitygrowth(seeIEC61014andIEC61164).Thisstandarddoesnotcoversoftwaretesting(seeIEC61704),howeveritisapplicabletoitemscontainingbothhardwareandsoftware.Thisstandardisthereforeapplicabletoawiderangeofproductsincludingconsumer,industrial,militaryandaerospaceapplications.ThispartofIEC60300coversanalysisforverification,determination,comparisonandsuccess/failureratioevaluation.Aflowchartgivingguidanceforplanningthestatisticaltreatmentofreliabilitytestdataisshowninclause9.Althoughnotdescribedinthisstandard,theconsiderationsandstatisticaltoolscanbeusedinconnectionwithenvironmentaltests,acceleratedstep-stresstestsandover-stresstests.
