【摘要】:ThisclauseofPart1isreplacedbythefollowing.ThisInternationalStandarddealswiththesafetyofelectricfansforhouseholdandsimilarpurposes,theirratedvoltagebeingnotmorethan250Vforsingle-phaseappliancesand480Vforotherappliances.NOTE101Examplesoffansthatarewithinthescopeofthisstandardare-ceilingfans;-ductfans;-partitionfans;-pedestalfans;-tablefans.Thisstandardalsoappliestoseparatecontrolssuppliedwithfans.Appliancesnotintendedfornormalhouseholdusebutwhichneverthelessmaybeasourceofdangertothepublic,suchasappliancesintendedforuseinshops,inlightindustryandonfarms,arewithinthescopeofthisstandard.Asfarasispracticable,thisstandarddealswiththecommonhazardspresentedbyappliancesthatareencounteredbyallpersonsinandaroundthehome.However,ingeneral,itdoesnottakeintoaccount-persons(includingchildren)whose~physical,sensoryormentalcapabilities;or~lackofexperienceandknowledgepreventsthemfromusingtheappliancesafelywithoutsupervisionorinstruction;-childrenplayingwiththeappliance.NOTE102Attentionisdrawntothefactthat-forappliancesintendedtobeusedinvehiclesoronboardshipsoraircraft,additionalrequirementsmaybenecessary;-inmanycountriesadditionalrequirementsarespecifiedbythenationalhealthauthorities,thenationalauthoritiesresponsiblefortheprotectionoflabourandsimilarauthorities.NOTE103Thisstandarddoesnetapplyto-appliancesintendedexclusivelyforindustrialpurposes;-appliancesintendedtobeusedinlocationswherespecialconditionsprevail,suchasthepresenceofacorrosiveorexplosiveatmosphere(dust,vapourorgas);-fansincorporatedinotherappliances.
