【摘要】:Thisstandardisapplicabletoheatingboilerswithforceddraughtoilburnersuptoanominalheatoutputof70kW.Theyareoperated,eitherwithnegativepressure(naturaldraughtboiler)orwithpositivepressure(pressurizedboiler)inthecombustionchamber,inaccordancewiththeboilermanufacturer'sinstructions.Thisstandardspecifiesthenecessaryterminology,therequirementsonthematerialsandtestingofthem,andmarkingrequirementsforheatingboilers.Theboilersaresuitableforopenventedsystemsuptoamaximumallowablepressureof1bar(class1pressure)andopenandclosedwatersystemsuptoamaximumallowablepressureof3bar(class2pressure).Theboilersarecapableofoperatingwitheitherconventionalfluesorlowleveldischargefluesasspecifiedbytheboilermanufacturer.Theboilersareprovidedasmatchedunitswithfactoryfittedburnersforburningkeroseneorgasoil.Whenusingalowlevelfluegasdischargeonlykerosenemaybeused(seeannexB).TherequirementsofthisstandardapplytoheatingboilerswhicharetestedonanauthorizedtestriginaccordancewithEN304andannexBofthisstandard.Boilersinaccordancewiththisstandardaredesignedfortheheatingofcentralheatinginstallationsinwhichtheheatcarrieriswater,andthetemperatureofwhichisrestrictedto95℃atnormaloperatingconditions.Forboilerswithabuilt-inorattachedwaterheater(storageorcontinuousflowheater)thisstandardonlyappliestothepartsofthewaterheaterwhicharenecessarilysubjecttotheoperatingconditionsoftheheatingboiler(heatingpart).Thisstandarddoesnotapplytogasboilerswithatmosphericburners,boilersforsolidfuels,oilorgasfiredcondensationboilers,boilerswithoilvaporizationburnersandlowtemperatureboilers.Fortheseboilerstherearefurtherrequirements.NOTELowtemperatureboilersarethoseoperatingwitha(water)variabletemperatureupto40℃orless,orthosewhichcannotbesetatatemperaturehigherthan55℃.
