【摘要】:Thistestmethodisprimarilyintendedasatestforcompliancewithcompositionalspecifications.Itisassumedthatallwhousethistestmethodwillbetrainedanalystscapableofperformingcommonlaboratoryproceduresskillfullyandsafely.Itisexpectedthattheworkwillbeperformedinaproperlyequippedlaboratory.1.1Thistestmethodcoversthedeterminationofoxygenintitaniumandtitaniumalloysinconcentrationsfrom0.01%to0.5%andthedeterminationofnitrogenintitaniumandtitaniumalloysinconcentrationsfrom0.003%to0.11%.1.2Thevaluesstatedinbothinch-poundandSIunitsaretoberegardedseparatelyasthestandard.Thevaluesgiveninparenthesesareforinformationonly.1.3Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.Specificwarningstatementsaregivenin8.8.
