【摘要】:ThisEuropeanStandardspecifiestherequirementsforthevariouselementsofcarryingvehiclestoensureinterchangeabilitybetweenavehicleanddifferentequipmentsthatarefrontallymounted.Itspecifiescertaininterchangeabilitydimensionsofthefrontmountingplate,includingitsheightabovetheground,aswellasthelocationsofcouplingdevicesforelectricalandhydraulicconnectionsandformechanicalpowertakeoff(PTO).ThisEuropeanStandardspecifiestwodifferentclassesofmountingplatesinordertocoverroadvehicles,havingamaximumdesigntotalmasshigherthan3,5t,ofthegreatestpossiblevariety(commercialvehicles,multi-purposevehicles,communalvehicles,…),whicharecapableofcarryingfront-mountedequipmentsforwintermaintenanceandforroadserviceareamaintenance.ThisEuropeanStandardspecifies,withregardtoelectricalandhydraulicconnectionsandtoPTO,onlylocationareas,clearancespacesandpreferredlayoutinordertoensureinterchangeability.Requirementsapplyingtoconnectors,couplingdevicesandPTOsplinesaregiveninEN15431.NormativeAnnexAspecifiesprovisionsforanadvancedfrontcouplingsystemthatisabletoallowformountinganddemountingequipmentswithouttheuseoftools.Usershavingtoaddressspecificneeds(e.g.extremeweatherconditions)mayrequirethevehiclebefittedwithsuchautomaticcouplingsystem.NormativeAnnexBgivesprovisionsforacompactandlightfrontmountingplateintendedforcombinedroadandoff-roadapplications.
